At Pittsburgh Backdrop Rentals, we don't want you to worry about a thing. Leave it up to us to install your beautiful backdrop so you can be stress free on your special day. Please keep in mind, we do need do account for loading, unloading, hauling up steps or elevators, maneuvering through people, etc. Here's our labor fee structure:
$0-$499 rental total = $50
$500-$999 rental total = $100
$1000-$1,499 rental total = $175
$1,500-$1,999 rental total = $250
$2,000-$2,999 rental total = $350
$3,000+ total rental = 15% of rental total
Tear Down

Guess what? You don't have to worry about tearing down the backdrop. In fact, we require you to not worry about any tear down or removal of the backdrop. We will take care of it all for you in a short period of time. This service is included free of charge to you!

Our team offers custom backdrop design services for clients who want a fully personalized event look. We'll create a tailored design concept including theme, color palette, layout, and styling recommendations to bring your vision to life. Design services are available for a separate fee.
